Marketing Feels Easy...
Until it isn't.
Especially when you’re stretched thin
Most teams think they have a resource problem. The real issue is usually deeper. Their marketing looks active, but the message is unclear, the path is fragmented, and the work does not reflect how real people make decisions.
Summit AI Consulting discovers what is holding your marketing back, then builds marketing that sticks.
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. Not a template. Not a guess. A clear picture of what is weakening visibility, trust, and buyer movement before new tactics are added.
From there, we build strategy, messaging, and execution around how your audience decides, without agency overhead or the cost of another hire.
When the foundation is put in place, this is what changes:
-
Visibility becomes consistent every week without the chaos of doing everything yourself.
-
More of the right people find and understand your value.
-
Marketing starts supporting goals, not just producing activity.
-
Hours back each week for the work only you can do.
Marketing that fills gaps and builds momentum.

Stretched Thin.
All Goals Critical.
For many lean teams, the problem is not effort. The pattern is driven by limited capacity and an unclear system. Every push ends up in the same cycle.
Effort spike
Someone finally blocks time for marketing, cranks out posts and emails, and a few things finally get pushed live.
Brief lift
Existing supporters respond. Engagement lifts for a week or two.
Drop-off
Client work, program delivery, and internal demands take over again. There is no time for follow-up, testing, or the repeated visibility that trust usually requires.
Restart.
You gear up for another sprint and repeat the same pattern. The team is tired, and results never move beyond the people who already know you.
Summit AI Consulting is designed to break this cycle.
Not by asking you to do more. By fixing what is not working.

Discovery Driven. Gaps Filled. Momentum Built.
Designed for how people decide
A polished message is not always a persuasive one. Buyers do not move because something looks professional. They move when the message feels clear, credible, relevant, and safe enough to act on.
Summit AI Consulting builds strategy and messaging around the factors that shape decision-making: trust, risk, clarity, timing, and cognitive load.
That approach is grounded in twenty years of marketing experience and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University. It shapes how strategy, messaging, and execution are built, so the work reflects what your audience needs to notice, understand, and believe before they move.
Expert-led, AI-supported.
AI expands what a lean team can produce. It is useful for speed, support, and consistency. But access to AI is not the advantage. Strategic judgment is.
Summit AI Consulting uses AI to extend execution capacity while keeping the work grounded in human insight, behavioral strategy, and business priorities.
That means clearer messaging, stronger alignment, and more consistent output, without handing your brand voice over to automation.
Shaped around your capacity and goals.
No two clients receive the same system. Everything is designed around your goals, your resources, and tthe level of execution your team can realistically sustain.
The support makes execution easier without taking control away from your team.
The result is sales-enabled execution, stronger marketing decisions, and access to broader capability than most lean teams could sustain independently.

Clear Process.

No complicated tools. No steep learning curve. We build a system your team can run.

Which one or two improvements would create the strongest lift first.

Who Is Behind Summit AI Consulting
Angelissa McArthur, MBA, Ed.M.
Founder | Fractional CMO
Twenty years of marketing experience across enterprise brands and grassroots nonprofits taught me something most marketing consultants miss: surface activity often hides the real problem.
A message can look polished and still fail to move people. What changes results is not more activity. It is a clearer understanding of how buyers think, what they notice, what creates trust, and what helps them move forward.
My background combines an MBA from Johns Hopkins University with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University. That combination shapes how I approach strategy, messaging, and execution. I look at marketing through both a business lens and a behavioral one, which helps uncover the what other teams often miss. From there, I build strategy and messaging around what your audience needs to see, understand, and trust before taking the next step.
I started Summit AI Consulting after seeing too many marketing efforts miss the mark, not because teams were not working hard, but because the foundation was off. The message did not convey value. The path was fragmented. The strategy did not reflect the way real people process trust, clarity, and action.
That is why every engagement starts with discovery. From there, I provide tailored strategy, messaging, content, and tools shaped around your goals, your capacity, and the barriers that may be getting in the way.
If that sounds like the support you need, I would love to hear more.
